Amanda is a Registered Nurse ,Yacht Master & Yachting Instructor. Amanda has been Racing and Cruising on Yachts and Motor vessels in Australia and Internationally plus working in Emergency Medicine and Trauma Teams in Hospitals and in Remote locations for over 15 years. Amanda's specialties include Emergency & Intensive Care Nursing & Advanced Resuscitation.

With experience in International Ocean Races & Regattas; Aero-Medical Rescue; Ski Patrol; Alpine & Maritime Expeditions building the perfect Medical Kit has become her passion.

Richard is a Merchant Chief Mate Officer (Master Class 2); Military Trained Clearance Diver, Commercial Diver and Chamber Operator, with vast experience in Military combat & training. Richard has an extensive experience of maritime and diving injuries, specialising in Diving, Mixed Gas and Recompression.

Richard has competed in numerous Sydney Hobart Races as well as some of the toughest international races such as the Fastnet.
